Introduction:
Most of the visceral organs are innervated by the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and its coordination. This type of neural network enhances a perfect homeostatic function of the organ. This autonomic nervous system is mainly to make the organs function in a natural way irrespective of the persons’ consciousness and will power. This type of innervation is called as dual innervation.
