To determine: The two behaviors that should be focused to minimize the systemic inflammation linked to chronic disease.

Introduction: Disease is a specific abnormal condition, which has negative impacts on the structure and functions of cells, tissues, organs, or the whole system. Pathogens or internal dysfunctions are the major cause of the disease. Though most of the diseases can be cured, certain diseases may lead to death of the individual. If the disease persists over a long period of time, it is known as a chronic disease.
