Introduction:

Pathogens are the disease-causing agents and it create damages to the host by infection. Bacteria, fungi and viruses are the important pathogenic microbes to cause disease like enteric fever, HIV, flu, and skin diseases. Pathogens enter into the body through different ways but it mainly happens through three important portal system, like skin, mucous membrane, and placenta.
