Introduction:

The five contribution of teams are creativity, improved quality, Speed of response, higher productivity and lower cost, enhanced motivation and satisfaction. These contributions of teams help the ease of developing a team, enhancing team, doing a challenging process, meeting the objectives more than expected, and achieving the objectives. This in return increases the competitive advantage and creates a much higher organizational performance.
