Forming into groups in the ratio of 3:5 and choosing a loved TV show agreed on by all members, which is accepted by the instructor, then study team behavior and use Member Roles and Stages of team Development and note down the characters playing the roles and the stages of development in the group in during the particular program. Then as a group we should state which roles and stages were present in the program.

Introduction:

The TV show chosen by the team is 'Suits', which is based upon law and enforcement which can be considered as family and user friendly. The TV show revolves around a team of lawyers who work against several obstacles together. The nine roles and five stages of team roles and development were passively seen throughout the show. The study consisted of a team of students who watched and analyzed a TV show about its teamwork roles and stages of development. There are nine team member roles introduced by Belbin which is broken down into three main categories; action-oriented, people-oriented and thought-oriented roles. These roles can be used to determine the position of each member within the group and there are five Stages of Team Development.
