Introduction:
Cranial nerves are composed of twelve pairs of nerves that start from different regions of the brain. Cranial nerves relay information to and from the brain. The cranial nerves are in order of I to XII. The twelve cranial nerves are olfactory nerve, optic nerve, oculomotor nerve, trochlear nerve, trigeminal nerve, abducens nerve, facial nerve, vestibulocochlear nerve, glossopharyngeal nerve, vagus nerve, spinal accessory nerve, and hypoglossal nerve.
