Introduction:
The ventricles of the central nervous system are an interconnected chain of cavities that soak the brain with cerebrospinal fluid. They are procured from the hollow tube of the embryonic neural tube. The brain has four ventricles: the lateral ventricles (left and right lateral ventricles), the third ventricle, and the fourth ventricle.
