The general function of cerebral nuclei and anatomic components that comprise the nuclei.

Concept introduction:

The cerebral nuclei are present buried deep inside central white matter in the deepest region of the cerebral hemispheres. These are paired and irregular collection of grey matter, which are sometimes called as the basal ganglia.
