The values of $\Delta G^{\prime }°$ and ${K^{\prime }}_{\text{eq}}$ are to be calculated for the conversion of Glucose 1-phosphate to glucose 6- phosphate.

Introduction:

The Glucose 1-phosphate is converted to glucose 6- phosphate by action of phosphoglucomutase and the reaction is as follows:
