Introduction:

The technique of separating DNA fragments based on their size is termed as gel electrophoresis. In this technique, DNA samples are added to well at the end of the gel. Then, electric current is applied through the gel. As DNA is negatively charged, DNA fragments go towards the positive electrode.

Explanation of Solution

From the given data it is seen that there are two possibilities that A individual is bit by mosquito number 3 and 6. But actually A individual is bit by any one of these mosquitoes. If the mosquito bite is fatal, then it would be difficult to analyze what medicines should be given to individual A to cure him. Suppose, if mosquito 3 bit individual A, and medicine is given for bite of mosquito 6, then wrong medicines can give some severe side effects to the body of A individual.
