Introduction:
Early views on the classification of the organisms believed that there can be only two fundamental lineages either the prokaryotes or the eukaryotes. The three domain classification have three domains, namely, Bacteria, Archaea, and Eukarya. In this classification also, the prokaryotes were placed in two different domains, Bacteria and Archaea, because of many differences.
