Introduction:

Bacteriophages are the viruses that infect bacteria. These are inert outside the body of host and take up host’s machinery to survive and increase in number. Viruses that affect bacteria do not affect human cells, whereas those viruses that affect human cells do not affect bacteria due to their special structure and pathways of entering and exiting from the body of host cell.
