To explain: the similarity and the differences between line, bar and circle graphs.

Explanation of Solution

Introduction:

Graphs are helpful as they help in better understanding of the data interpretation. The graphs are normally categorized in to three types, line graphs, bar graphs and circle or pie graphs. Each of these types of graphs has both similarity and differences.

Similarity between line graphs, bar graphs and circle graphs are:

1. They are all types of data representation and allow visualization of the data.
2. All these graphs are used to show comparison of values.

Differences between line, bar and circle graph are,

Line graph	Bar graph	Circle graph
1. Used to show smaller changes over time.	Used to show larger change over time.	Do not change over time.
2. Shows trends between changes.	Used to compare gathered information by counting.	Used to demonstrate how pieces are broken down into defined amounts. They are represented in percentages.
