Introduction:
Assigning of the independent contractors may work beneficially then engaging the temporary employees in the organization when such employees may feel demotivated to not get equal treatment as the permanent employees of the organization. Hence in order to ensure that the productivity of the work does not suffer in the cases when the work is short term, the organization can go for assigning the work to the independent contractors such as freelancers who give the advantage of the expertise in their varied field to the organization.
