Calcium is a nutrient essentially required for ensuring good bone health. The dietary intake of calcium by pregnant women and breastfeeding women has a positive effect on the bone density of the baby. No correlation could be established between dietary calcium and calcium present in the breast milk.

R.K is a 50 homemaker. She has always been a little overweight, but now that she is in menopause, her weight has increased to 180 lbs. Her height is 5’5”. He took medications such as Metformin in 500 mg tablets PO BID and Januvia 50mgs PO BID.
