Given information:

In a graph theory, two polygons are isomorphic if there is one-to-one mapping from one polygon’s vertices to other polygon’s vertices that preserves adjacent vertices.

The condition for two congruent triangles to show isomorphism is that the corresponding vertices can be mapped onto each other to completely overlap each other.

  

From the above graph it can be seen that two triangles are isomorphic as the corresponding vertices can be mapped onto each other.

Therefore, in a graph theory the two triangles are isomorphic.
