Introduction:

It is essential for any company to have good leaders and managers who have a vision of the company goals, who display integrity and honesty, who can control and inspire the members/employees under them to attain the goal and can execute the desired task. We shall discuss the differences between a leader and a manager and why it is essential for managers to be good leaders, but the reverse may not be necessarily true.
