In mammals, the ear is the hearing and balancing organ divided into the inner ear, middle ear and outer ear. The ear canal and pinna are the parts of the outer ear, tympanic cavity, and malleus, incus, and stapes the three ossicles are the part of the middle ear. The inner ear consists of semicircular canal and cochlea which enables balance and hearing respectively.
