Summary Introduction

To determine:

Motivational ideas that fits into each of the four quadrants.

Introduction:

Motivation is generally defined as the factors that drive an individual either internally or externally towards doing better at something, enthusiasm, and the persistence to do a job. This in turn affects the productivity and effectiveness of the employee towards performing the particular job and his desire to do more than what he/she asked for. Motivations can be either monetary or non-monetary forms. It’s the manager’s duty to ensure that employees are all highly motivated and working towards achieving organizational goals, if there are short comings managers have to reassess and change the motivational plan.
