Design a circuit that determines whether three or more of four individuals on a committee vote yes on an issue. where each individual uses a switch for the voting.

A threshold gate produces an output y that is either o or 1 given a set of input values for the Boolean variables x₁, x₂...,x_n A threshold gate has a threshold valueT, which is a real number, and weights w₁, w₂, ..., w_n, each of which is a real number. The output y of the threshold gate is 1 if and only if w₁x₁ + w₂x₂ +.... + w_nx_n >= T. The threshold gate with threshold valueTand weights w₁, w₂, ..., w_n is represented by the following diagram.
