Motivation refers to an inner force that helps an individual in achieving something. The inner force might refer to a set of energetic forces, which helps an employee in achieving the desired goal.

Motivation is created for an employee due to the fulfillment of the needs of an employee. The needs here may refer to the food, safety, and clothing. Due to the basic needs, one is motivated to find an employment.
Due to the job performed, there are two results such as extrinsic and intrinsic. This result proves the satisfaction level of the employees.
An employee shows his level of motivation when the employer announces for incentives and plans for increment. When an employee shows high level of motivation towards the job, the results will be as expected by the employee.
