Importance of Strategic alignment:

Today, in this competitive world, organizations are trying to adopt new technologies and change the business atmosphere and to make it possible they need the team members who understand and are aligned with the business principal strategy.

• Organization should be focused about device feasible and creative strategiesthat will promote the growth and success of the organization.
• As the corporate strategy the organization has to maintain strategic alignment in each and every level of business.

Problem faced in strategic alignment:

Though strategic alignment is the most demanding culture in the market, but it is quite difficult to adopt it in the workspace.

• Before implementation, workers should have the knowledge about it and should be well prepared to accept the change.
• For example, an organization needs adequate time and resources to switch from in-house hosting to cloud hosting and the organization should also take care about the fact that this change should not disturb organization’s computing infrastructure.

Therefore, the difficulties experienced to adapt the IS are often discouraged in the executive suite.
