Given are the stages of the karyotyping:

1. Selection of the specimen and extraction of the sample.
2. Dividing the cells and arresting at metaphase stage.
3. Processing chromosomes by separating it and after separation staining the chromosomes.
4. Arranging the chromosomes to enable it for visualizing.
