The segmented bar graph shows the blue part of the bar is greater than the blue part in the bar of the Control survey. Hence, the subjects in the Blue survey were more likely to pick the blue candy. Also, the red part of the bar is greater than the red part in the bar of the Control survey. Hence, the subjects in the Red survey were more likely to pick the red candy. Therefore, the people were more likely to pick the blue candy, because the blue section in the bar of the Control survey is larger than the red section of the part.
