Embryonic stem cell derived from five to six day old embryo that are self replicating and are known to develop into cells and tissue of the primary germs layers that develop different body organs whereas adult stem cell found among specialized and differentiated cells in the tissue or organ after birth and these are more restricted ability to produce different cells types to self renew.
