Display dual gender names

Program plan:

• Include the required header files in the program
• Define the “DualGenderNames” class
  • Define the “processNames” method
    • Declare the variables and get the numbers for boy and girl babies
    • Declare the variable “percent”
    • Return the names.
  • Define the “printSameNames” method
    • Iterate “for” loop for getting boy names
      • Iterate “if” loop for getting girl names
        • Display the names which named for both girl and boy.
  • Define the main method
    • In the “try” block, create an “in” object for “Scanner” class,
    • Create an “boyout” object for “ArrayList” class
    • Create an “girlout” object for “ArrayList” class
    • The “while” loop is used to iterate the values.
      • Get the numbers and store it in the “rank” variable
      • Call the “processNames” method with the “boyout” object.
      • Call the “processNames” method with the “girlout” object.
      • Call the “printSameNames” method with the arguments.
    • In “catch” block, display an error message
