A reflex arc.

Introduction:

Reflex arc is the route followed by the signal from the afferent (sensory) neuron to the efferent (motor) neuron with an interaction with the CNS (central nervous system). When the body receives a stimulus, the receptors send the signal to the CNS which interprets a reaction and sends it in the form of the signal to the effector neuron.
