Implementation phase:

The implementation phase is to build the new or modified system. This phase contains four major activities. They are:

  • Developing programs and applications – With the acquired resources, the team develops the requested program for the client.
  • Installing and testing the new system – After developing the application, the project team checks that application whether it meets all the requirements specified by the client or not.
  • Giving training to the users – Next, they will give training to the users that how to use the new application.
  • Converting to the new system – The final activity is to convert the modified application to a new system.
