To determine: The conclusion that can be made about cigarette smoking among high school students from the period 1991 to 2011.

Introduction: Cigarette smoking is considered as one of the health-risk behaviors of high school students. These are the behaviors contribute to the leading causes of morbidity and mortality among youth and adults. These are often established during childhood and adolescence, extend into adulthood. Teen smokers suffer from shortness of breath, reduced lung growth, heart disease, and stroke.

Summary Introduction

To determine:  The high school students who are most likely to be smokers.

Introduction: Smoking remains one of the leading causes of disease in high school students. Smoking hurts young people’s physical fitness in terms of performance as well as endurance. Cigarette smokers have lower lung function. Smoking at an early age increases the risk of lung cancer.

Summary Introduction

To determine:  The high school students who are least likely to be smokers.

Introduction: Short-term health consequences of smoking include respiratory and nonrespiratory effects, addiction to nicotine, and associated risk of other drugs. Smoking causes the risk of heart disease and even stroke in some cases.
