Explanation of Solution

The following table represents the difference between the contamination, infection and diseases are as follow:

ContaminationInfectionDiseases
Contamination means the presence of a harmful microorganism that can cause infection in the host body.Infection is the term used when the parasite or microbe multiply in the host body.A disease is a stage, in which a change in the state of health occurs. In this condition tissues and organs are damaged.

A possible outcome of contamination, infection, and disease are as follow:

(1). Contamination may or may not be infected the host body because an infection usually signifies a sickness. The outcome of contamination is an infection. Infection can be of two types local or generalized

(2). Infection leads to the various kinds of symptoms in the host body. Different sort of infection will show different symptoms. Some common symptoms are a headache, abdomen ache, chills, sweating, body pain, weight decline, loss of appetite.

(3). Disease happens when the host immune system becomes weak and the pathogen invades the cells of the host body where it has first affected.

Conclusion

Contamination means the entry of microbes, infection is the multiplication of microbes in the host body, and diseases are the stage in which the health of the host body degrades.
