- In HR practices, the emphasis lies on designing innovative areas such as sourcing, communication, learning and compensation. Under this, the HR professionals started interacting and sharing their view with one another to establish a consistent approach with respect to HRM.
- In HR strategy, the emphasis lies on the integration of the human resources strategy with the strategy of the business. Under this, the HR professional started analyzing the strategy of the business to identify the priorities of HR that requires attention and how to make best utilization of available resources.
