To explain why the following calculation would not give the correct volume for the prism

Answer to Problem 6E
the base of the prism is a right angle
Explanation of Solution
Given information:
Length of base(b) of the right triangle is 9 in
Length of height( h' ) of the right triangle is 6 in
Height( h ) of the prism is 10 in
Formula used:
Area of right angle triangle( B ) =
Volume( V ) of right triangular prism =
Calculation:
Substituting value of Length of base(b),Length of height( h' ) of the right triangle and Height( h ) of the prism,
On calculation answer is-
=270 in3
According to question volume of the prism: V = Bh
On solving the answer is-
=540 in3
Conclusion:
Due to incorrect base formula applied in the question that's why answer is incorrect which is 540 in3.
Where as by using correct right angle triangle formula that's why answer is 270 in3
