Diameter( d ) of cylinder is 11 units

Formula used: Volume of prism
Volume of cylinder
Surface area of prism,
Surface area of cylinder,
Diameter of cylinder , d=2r
( then r=5.5)
Calculation:
For volume:
substituting value of Length, height, and width in prism formula,
on solving answer is-
=704 units3
substituting value of height and radius in cylinder formula,
square of 5.5 is 30.5
The value of pi upto 2 decimal point is 3.14
on solving answer is-
approximate answer is-
=760 units3
Hence, Cylinder has greater volume.
For Surface area:
substituting value of Length, height, and width in prism formula,
on solving answer is-
=480 units2
substituting value of radius and height in cylinder formula,
The value of pi upto 2 decimal point is 3.14
on solving answer is-
=466.29 units2
