If a confrontational atmosphere would be appropriate in all team situations.
Introduction:
Teamwork is the effort of a group of people (also called a team) to achieve a common goal or to complete a task given to the team effectively and efficiently. Teamwork requires the individual cooperation and joint efforts in a common direction.
An organization may have a geographically dispersed team which may have different norms, status, group size, and cohesiveness. In such organizational structure, managers need to take special care to manage such teams.
The confrontational approach in case of team situations means dealing with the situation in an aggressive way. A confrontational approach helps drive discussion and can lead to a better team decision and course of action.
