Summary Introduction

Introduction: The upper extremity or upper limb in anatomy is commonly called arms. There are 30 bones present in every upper limb out of which 2 are present in the forearm, 1 is present in the arm, and other 27 are present in the hand. The upper limb consists of humerus, ulna, phalanges, radius, metacarpals, and carpals. The arm is found between the elbow joints and shoulder. The forearm is present between the wrist joints and elbows. The hand is found distal to the wrist.
