Wireless medium:
- Wireless transmission mediums such as Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and Bluetooth technologies can be used to transfer data between the computers.
- The advantages of wireless medium are: it is easy to install and easy to maintain.
- Data transfer rate will be high and it can reach up to 10 Mbps (Megabits per second).
- The connection is secured in WLAN.
- The disadvantage of wireless medium is that the signal may be disrupted frequently. This can be rectified if there is no physical interference in the connection.
