To determine: The model of DNA which consistent with the given observations.
Introduction: The analysis of the genetic material of primitive eukaryotes provides some important information. X-ray diffraction experiments show that the DNA of the organism have different dimensions and irregularities. A major hyperchromic shift is also observed on heating and analyzing at 260 nm (UV absorption).
