Introduction:
Atracurium is a drug that is used in combination with various other drugs for relaxing the skeletal muscles. The muscles are relaxed after any mechanical ventilation or any surgery. Between a cell and a neuron, the communication occurs at the synapse. In case, if the cell is a skeletal muscle then the synapse is called as the NMJ (neuromuscular junction).
