Case summary:
Person B the chief talent officer of a Company D feels it is very difficult to motivate a vast workforce and to stimulate the environment. She feels that the ladder concept was not suitable for many employees and the old ways of work cannot suit the new generation of work. Person B and her colleagues found some issues like a wide different society, shortage of talents, expanded workforce with women, different expectations and desires from men and a shift in attitudes of new generation.
