In endothermic reactions, product has higher potential energy than the reactants.
Explanation of Solution
During a reaction the energy is either absorbed or energy is released. The reaction in which heat is released is called an exothermic, while the reactions in which the heat is absorbed are called endothermic reaction.
In endothermic reaction, the reactant are converted into products which means the reactant will have low potential energy as compared to the product formed.
In endothermic reactions, product has higher potential energy than the reactants.
