Introduction:

Small regulatory RNAs (ribonucleic acids) have a specific class of RNA that affects the regulation of the gene. These are small non-coding RNA molecules. The non-coding RNA molecules controls gene regulation by various mechanisms where it binds to protein targets, mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) targets, and modifying proteins. They are found in many forms in the intergenic region of bacteria.
