Program Plan: Modify the class DollarAmounts from Exercise 5.32 and add a few members to represent Dollars and cents separately. Add an overloaded constructor to create a DollarAmount object from a value representing total pennies in it Overload the binary operators +, - , * and / and write a test program to test the functionality. Program Description: The program uses the concepts of operator overloading for Binary operators where a lvalue and rvalue are required as arguments. The program will also make use of int64_t which has a higher range than normal int to accommodate larger amounts of pennies. Any overflow beyond the limits of int64_t is not considered herein.
