The task of learning anatomical terminology seems overwhelming at first, but there is a simple habit that can quickly make comfortable with the technical language of medicine which explain the origins and roots of the words. People who find scientific terms hard and confusing to pronounce generally feel more confident when they recognize the logic of how terms are composed. Normally, a scientific term is comprised of three common word element- root, prefix, and suffix.
