Re-prioritizing my leisure activities to ensure there is plenty of time dedicated to personal interests and fulfillment.
Make changes to the work environment, such as flexible schedules or telecommuting, make better accommodate a desired balance.
Seeking additional training or education allows for career development that would bring significant work-life balance.
