Chapter 1, Problem 11LOC
Summary Introduction
To determine:
What is to be done to make the receiver reply to the sender of a message as expected?
Introduction:
After the message is received, and correctly decoded, the sender expects a timely and a proper response to the message delivered. Hence, the receiver needs to go through 3 events to have an effective communication. These are: remembering the message till the turn to respond comes, being able to respond as the sender wishes, and being motivated enough to respond.
