Write a C program that reads the exam data for each student  from a file named grades.txt. Each line in the file grades.txt contains    name surname midterm1  midterm2  final    for each student.   The program then calculates the weighted average according to the formula   average=0.25*midterm1 + 0.25*midterm2 + 0.5*final   and assigns a letter grade AA, BA, BB, etc , using the standard scale                average >= 90                 AA  85  <=  average  <  90                 BA  80  <=  average   < 85                 BB .... .... 60    <=  average   < 65                 DD 50    <=  average    < 60                FD                average   <  50                FF   The program then writes to new fıle named grades.out   name surname midterm1 midterm2  final  average  lettergrade   on a line for each student.   EXAMPLE:  Suppose the file grades.txt contains the lines:   ali veli 45 50 70 ahmet mehmet 60 70 80 ayse fatma 66 77 90   Then the outpout file grades.txt would be ali veli 45 50 70 58.75 FD ahmet mehmet 60 70 80  72.5 CC ayse fatma  66 77 90 80.75 BB
