The primary function of the Resident Project Assistant (RPR) is to help or assist engineer on the construction site. If a issue or query occurs during the process, it is the duty of the RPR to gather all the relevant knowledge and to bring it to the developer for a decision. The RPR allocated to the project must be constructively oriented and therefore have familiarity with the form of design and project form. Various papers, proposals, and demands for details are planned on broad and diverse tasks during the process. The RPR must be able to successfully handle this information, and retain it organized for use during and after the project. This level of management also means that a complete set of project records can be turned over to the owner at the end of the project.
