who is Queen elizabeth
Queen Elizabeth I, was the Queen of England and Ireland from Ireland who was also known as the Virgin queen, Glorious or the Good Queen. Elizabeth was the last of the five monarchs of the House of Tudor. She was the daughter of Henry VII and Anne Boleyn, his second wife who was executed when Elizabeth was a child. Elizabeth was celebrated for her virginity. Her era or reign was known as Elizabethan era and this period was the time for flourishing of English drama, which led by playwrights such as William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe. She was acknowledged as a charismatic performer and a rigged survivor in an era when government was ramshackle and limited, and when monarchs in neighbouring countries faced internal problems that jeopardised their thrones.
