360 degree feedback:-

In general terms, 360-degree feedback is a type of appraisal method in which the employee receives feedback from his superiors, peers and colleagues. It is considered valuable because it enables organizations to develop a clear picture about the performance of their employees. Apart from it, it becomes a lot easier to focus on those areas where the individual lacks performance. 

Alternatively, 360-degree feedback is also known as a multi-rater feedback because the employee will be receiving multiple feedbacks. This feedback technique enables the individual to uncover numerous blind spots in their behavior.
