Expert Solution
Step 1

A fraudulent activity in a business is when a person carries out a dishonest behavior, anything illegal within the premises of the business. This is usually done in order to make money, disrupt the company's working or defame the company. It causes high risk to the organization, and it could even end up with the closure of the business. Therefore, proper steps should be initiated by owners, managers to avoid such  activities. These frauds also happen when an individual is pressurized to do something , i.e., steals important files, documents etc.
